I’m an extroverted introvert who grew up as the youngest of five and always had to make some type of bold statement about who I was.

My be-mails started many years ago as a daily inspirational email that I sent to a growing list of friends and fans to remind them to spend a little time every day to just “be.”
I write about my observations on life. I am a highly sensitive person, which doesn’t mean that I cry a lot. It means that I am sensitive to and aware of things that others may not be. I didn’t know that this was an unusual trait until recently. I’ve always had the ability to write from the perspective of someone else, even if I had never had their experiences.
